RESUME SERVICES

The Elo Branding Client (“Client”) understands that all resume, coaching, professional and/or career-document related items and services purchased (collectively, the “Resume Services”) by Client from Elo Branding (“Elo Branding”) or its service providers (“Providers”) are service-based and are the creative representation of the Client. Client is granted a perpetual, worldwide license and right to access and use the work product created for Client through the Resume Services ("Deliverables") and to share such Deliverables with others, in each case solely for Client’s own career-related purposes.

Client shall cooperate promptly and fully with Elo Branding and its Providers to facilitate Client’s Receipt of the Resume Services and Deliverables. Client shall review the Deliverables promptly upon receipt. Client is entitled to receive three (3) sets of amendments within fourteen (14) days of Client receiving the first draft of the Deliverables (“Review Period”). Any amendments will be based upon Client’s feedback, which must be provided on each draft within such initial Review Period. To provide feedback, Client is required to use the ‘mark-up / track changes’ function on the relevant Word documents and send the mark-up documents back within the Review Period. If feedback on all drafts is not received by Client within the Review Period, a fee of $50 USD will be applied to each round of amendments falling outside such Review Period.

The Resume Services and Deliverables are non-transferable and non-refundable.  All sales are final and no refunds are permitted. Any unused Resume Services will be held until Client is ready to continue receiving same. All Resume Services are considered completed within two (2) months of purchase date.

The Resume Services and Deliverables are provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. All representations and warranties are disclaimed.

Neither Elo Branding nor any Providers will be liable to Client or to any third party (whether under contract, tort or otherwise) in relation to the Resume Services or the Deliverables or the use, provision or inability to use same.

By remitting payment, Client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety.

 

BILLING TERMS

Client agrees to pay Elo Branding the fees listed on the page(s) where Client has made its selections. The fees are fully earned upon payment, and are non-refundable. The fees will be charged to the credit card Client submits credit card information via the Stripe modal. All amounts payable hereunder exclude all applicable taxes. Client will be responsible for payment of all such taxes (other than taxes based on Elo Branding’s net income), and any penalties and interest arising from non-payment thereof). Client shall be responsible for the reasonable collection costs, including without limitation attorneys’ fees and collection agency fees, incurred by Elo Branding in its efforts to collect overdue amounts. By opting into this form and accepting these terms: (i) The person opting in agrees that they have the right to do so; and (ii) Client is agreeing to pay the selected amounts (if applicable).
